Boosting Campaign Performance Through Web Analytics
Discover the Link Between Data and Strategic Planning

PRSA San Antonio invites members to a free professional development webinar.

How much do you really know about how people use your website? Analytics software, such as Google Analytics, provides a treasure trove of information about how people actually use your website. Find out how web analytics, properly implemented and interpreted, can provide you powerful feedback on public relations performance.

You will:
• Learn how to let your web users show you how to improve your website.
• Gain an understanding of basic web terms and metrics that reveal a site’s performance, including visits, unique visitors, direct versus referral visits, bounce rate, and entry and exit pages.
• Examine the link between web metrics and the strategic planning process.

Instructor
David Kamerer, Ph.D., APR, is associate professor of communication at Loyola University Chicago, where he teaches courses in social media, public relations and interactive communication. He earned his doctorate in telecommunications from Indiana University, and earned his Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Universal Accreditation Board. He has served as a corporate director of communications and has extensive experience in public relations and marketing.
