Learn to make conversation part of your employee communication strategic plan, whether in a small or large company. Discover how employees support each other to make sense of your ever-changing business. You’ll help uncover potential confusion or misunderstanding early and then move toward positive workplace discussions.

Sheri Rosen manages employee communication for Frost, the bank renowned for its culture and brand, and she particularly enjoys building communication infrastructure and conceiving new programs. Sheri has led employee communication not only in banking and financial services, but also health care, energy, and nonprofit organizations, and she has worked as a consultant. She is an Accredited Business Communicator and an IABC Fellow.She authored a book on intentional communication to be published this year called Give Voice to What Unites Us. New procedures for Del Oro Award entries!
PRSA San Antonio is happy to announce that there is a new procedure in place for Del Oro Award entries. One of the best things about it is that entries will be submitted electronically (no more binders)! An overview of the new Del Oro entry procedures will be presented during this luncheon with a question-and-answer session held after the lunch for those who would like additional information.
